Cheesy Games Terms
Using the service
Cheesy Games is a small game service provided as-is for personal entertainment. Keep account credentials and recovery codes private, use the service lawfully, and do not disrupt games, probe other players' data, automate abuse, or evade access limits.
Accounts and family access
You are responsible for activity under your account. Family-only games require the corresponding portal entitlement and may also require a fixed local-network host. Guest and offline progress may remain local until explicitly linked; matching display names do not establish ownership.
Availability and changes
Games may change, experience downtime, or be retired. We may suspend abusive accounts or revoke sessions and signing keys to protect players. Material privacy changes require an updated policy and, where a game relies on consent, renewed consent.
Content and commerce
Game names, art, software, dictionaries, sounds, and other content remain subject to their applicable rights. A browser demo currency is not a purchase or entitlement. Any future paid feature must identify its actual seller, price, and refund terms before purchase.
Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties and the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
